This would deeply affect the life of a child who otherwise would be unable to attend SHCLC by paying for their tuition and supplies for their crucial developing years before Kindergarten. Children will be chosen on the basis of financial need. SHCLC does not select recipients on the basis of race, creed, religion, color, gender, ability, sexual orientation, and national or ethnic origin.
